| TRUSTEE |
| A Trustee is a person (individual or corporate) that has a fiduciary responsibility to manage a trust’s assets (the legal title of which are held in his name) and any income derived therefrom, for the benefit of the beneficiaries. The first trustee(s) of a trust is the person(s) nominated in the trust deed as executed by the settlor. Subsequently, additional trustees (subject to any Court Order) are appointed in accordance with the provisions of the trust deed. The administrative powers and duties of a trustee are set out in the trust deed, save to the extent that there are no overriding statutory obligations or determination of a court. |
