KEY PERSONNEL
	Bill Harvey is the Accounts Director of Crossman and is responsible for overseeing that client companies and trusts meet their statutory obligations in relation to the preparation and maintenance of accounting records and financial statements. Bill also assists those clients who require additional services such as periodic reporting, VAT preparation and submission, cash flow forecasts, feasibility studies and management information. 	Andrew Pennington is the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and the Compliance and Operations Director of Crossman and thus involved in all compliance issues of Crossman and its clientele. 	John Rotheroe is Crossman’s Managing Director and directly responsible for the day to day operational control of the Company. John is also actively involved in the day to day administration of client companies and trusts and works closely with his brother and fellow director, Nigel Rotheroe, in meeting new clients and liaising with third party professional contacts that refer clients to Crossman.
