DISCLOSURE OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

There is no statutory requirement in the Isle of Man for a private company to file its annual accounts with the Island’s Registrar of Companies or make them available for public inspection. However, a Manx public limited company is required to file each year, with the Registrar of Companies, a copy of its accounts with its Annual Return.
