CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDER'S AGREEMENT

A Corporate Service Provider is obliged under its licensing obligations to provide its client with a Corporate Service Provider's Agreement ("Agreement") setting out the terms upon which it will provide its services to its client. A copy of our standard Agreement may be found in the Library section of this web site. The Agreement will be completed, as appropriate, following the incorporation or transfer of the administration of a company by or for a client.
